The economic contribution of workers is overlooked by credit systems.

Over 120 million Americans are locked out of housing, auto loans, education financing, and emergency credit despite demonstrating disciplined financial stability and strong work ethics. Current credit bureaus fail to recognize reliable activity-based patterns like consistent work attendance, employment stability, and job loyalty—perpetuating a cycle of financial exclusion that disproportionately affects hourly wage earners, gig workers, and cash-paid employees

At the core of Workwise Credit is our proprietary Labor Credit Scoring System™—an algorithm that translates work performance into creditworthiness. Unlike traditional credit reports based on debt repayment, our system evaluates employment patterns, attendance reliability, and job tenure to create comprehensive credit profiles.

The scoring model operates with full user consent and participation. Workers opt in by linking employment data in exchange for credit pathways and receive transparent, informative feedback showing which behaviors help or hurt their score. This approach enables vulnerable populations to avoid predatory payday loan services by accessing legitimate credit options.
